8 million people unite! Once a geek, always a geek. I recently picked up the expansion pack for World of Warcraft. Game is great but just dont have the time to play it like I used too anymore.

Good Company

Yesterday afternoon was such a relaxing day. I had about 10 people over and we just laugh and talk for hours. No T.V., just music in the background, a little Mr. Daniels and good conversations all around.

Descartes’ Bones

Posted in Uncategorized on November 3, 2008 by vanheng

Started to do a lot of reading as of late since my Toshiba Flatscreen is still waiting on repairs from the technician. NEVER EVER BUY A TOSHIBA PRODUCT!! So to entertain myself and keep me busy, Ive been making frequent bikes rides to my local Borders Book Store. I am currently reading my new book Descartes’ Bones written by Russell Shorto. Maybe you heard of one of his famous phrases, “I think, therefore I am.” The book follows his death and how his bones were dugged up and passed along throughtout the ages. There is more to it as I only have read about 20 pages into it. I’ll write more about it as I go further along.

Los Angeles Lakers

Big time Lakers fan since the 5th grade. Watched lots of games growing up, especially the Nick Van Exel, Eddie Jones, a 19 year old Kobe, a toned fit Shaq, Rick Fox, and Robert Horry era. It was a highlight reel everygame with a little razzle dazzle from Kobe.

Berserk Manga

Posted in Uncategorized on November 3, 2008 by vanheng

Ahh, old childhood loves dont die off easily. Love Comics. Created by Kentaro Miura, BERSERK is medieval manga mania at its bloodstained best, a volatile concoction of raging action, abyssal horror, and graveyard humor that has the initiates lining up for more and the fainthearted heading to the hills. Thank you, sir, may I have another! This is my all-time favorite comic book series. I have books from volume 1 to 25 so far. Its dissappointing that a new volume comes out every 3 months. There’s also an animated series about the book but only shows just part of the story. If you wanted to find out what happens after the anime series, you would have to read the books since it continues the story.

So yeah I bought the CD and realized I got shitty headphones for my Ipod. So I step up the game and purchase $190 headphones from Bose at Circuit City. No regrets baby!
